How do I redeem my points?
You may redeem your SeaPoints against the cost of any cruise booking. Simply call 1-877-SeaPoints to book your cruise and also advise them of the number of SeaPoints you wish to redeem. You must complete final payment for your cruise in order for you to receive credit for your SeaPoints value. SeaPoints will provide payment to you in the form of a remittance. A cheque will be mailed to you within 30 days of receiving proof of final payment. Visit SeaPoints Terms and Conditions for full details.
What is the redemption value of a SeaPoint?
One SeaPoint equals a value of one cent. For example, the welcome bonus of 2500 points will equal a $25 credit against the cost of any future cruise booking. Other sample redemption values are as follows:

Is there a minimum point redemption value?
Yes. Each SeaPoints Member must redeem a minimum of 5000 points on their initial booking and then must redeem points in increments of 2500 points.
Is there a maximum point redemption value?
No. Points can be redeemed to cover any or all of the costs related to a cruise booking but must be redeemed in increments of 2500 points.
Does the SeaPoints Member have to travel to redeem points?
No.
Can several SeaPoints members redeem points on the same booking?
No. Only one SeaPoints member can redeem points per redemption booking.
Can a member redeem points on the same booking on which the points were earned?
No. Points can only be redeemed on future bookings.
When is the point value credit applied to the booking?
The point value credit will be applied to the booking at the time of final payment.
Are SeaPoints earned on redemption bookings?
SeaPoints will be earned on redemption bookings only if booked with SeaPoints (1-877-SeaPoints). Points are not earned on the portion of the cruise booking that is funded by point redemption.
What happens if points are used to fund all or part of a cruise booking and then the booking is cancelled?
Points will be returned to the redeeming member's SeaPoints account. Cancellation penalties will be the responsibility of the redeeming member and these costs will be deducted from any amount paid on the file prior to processing a refund. If the cancellation penalties exceed the amount paid, points will be used as payment and not returned to the SeaPoints account. |
