The SeaPoints programme is operated by SeaPoints Inc. A member of SeaPoints is entitled to collect points when dealing with SeaPoints Sponsors and to redeem points for authorised rewards.

All SeaPoints benefits are offered at our discretion. By becoming a SeaPoints member or collecting points, you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and are bound by all of them, as changed from time to time, and you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy).

To enroll, you must have a valid Canadian address and be of legal age in the province in which you reside. Upon enrollment, we will issue you a SeaPoints membership number. You may earn points for others travelling with you but you must be recorded as a traveller in order to accrue points to your account.

Points are non-transferable and have no cash, monetary or other value and cannot be converted into legal tender.

Points have no expiry date but should the SeaPoints programme be terminated for any reasons, all points must be redeemed within 90 days of notice of the termination date.

Minimum redemption value per booking is 5000 points with incremental redemption values possible in increments of 2500 points only.

To collect points, you must provide your SeaPoints membership number with a Canadian SeaPoints Partner. Points will be added to your account upon notification from a SeaPoints Partner.

Only you may redeem points recorded in your account at the time of redemption. Availability of rewards is subject to availability at time of request. A single point has a redemption value of two cents (Canadian) and can be applied to any portion of a cruise booking with SeaPoints.

Points can be redeemed to purchase travel for someone other than a SeaPoints member and it is not necessary for the SeaPoints member to travel on a redemption booking. Only one SeaPoints member can redeem points per redemption booking.

Cruise bookings are arranged through a licensed travel agent - Attaché Concierge Services, Ontario Registration # 4669057.

These terms and conditions and any aspect of the SeaPoints programme can be changed without notice.

SeaPoints Inc. reserves the right to engage partner and/or affiliate services for the purposes of programme enhancement on a tactical or ongoing basis. Current information will appear on www.seapoints.ca
